Please note: Every effort will be made to accommodate announcement requests. Length and details of announcement will depend upon the availability of time, space and number of characters. All announcement requests must be made using this form. This form may be hand delivered or faxed to the library at 606-724-5746. If you have a regular scheduled monthly meeting, a form for each month is required. A one-week notice is recommended to assure your announcement getting posted in a timely manner. The Robertson County Public Library Board of Trustees or staff will not be held responsible for announcements not getting posted or any misinformation on announcements.
